No. Factofly does not find clients or match projects. You bring the client and the project. We provide the employment structure around it.

Factofly. For each project you are employed on a fixed-term contract with Factofly. You work independently on the agreed deliverables. The client contracts Factofly.

Nothing. When a project ends, the employment ends. No ongoing cost, no obligations. A new project starts a new contract.

Your gross salary is the project amount minus the 9% Factofly fee and employer contributions. Same deductions any employer in Germany makes.

No. You work as an employee. No Gewerbeanmeldung, no VAT registration, no quarterly filings.

Because you are employed by Factofly for the project duration, there is no misclassification risk for the client. The engagement is structured as project-based employment from the start.
